I received a voicemail of a automated message from Arlene from microsoft refund department stating to call them back to receive a refund for the tech support that I paid for two months ago because their company closed down. I have not sent them any money and do not have a computer. I have received this call before.

Someone is robo-calling as the "Microsoft Refund Department" saying that the person had computer repairs and the company was ordered closed down so to get the refund call this number. As I work for Microsoft, there is no such thing as the Refund Department and Microsoft would never call you unless you had called their customer support line directly or arranged thru a support ticket to have a conversation with them. My guess is that if you call this number, they will ask you for the original credit card or banking information or SS# with the excuse that they require it to process the refund. Do not call back these parties, you will get ripped off or have your identity stolen.
