I clicked on a photo on Facebook and this security warning popped up saying my computer was invaded by malware and to call phone number listed. I called because I couldn't remove this warning and stayed frozen unable to complete any task. Called the number & was speaking to a so-called Microsoft technician who explained in detail what my problem was and I couldn't get it fixed without purchasing a separate Fire Wall product - and cancel my Norton website. Push came to shove when I told him I couldn't afford $299 for 3 yr. coverage. He started to get nasty and I told him I was contacting ScamPulse.com and reporting him. His last words to me were "get lost". After that my Facebook page came back on & I am now using the computer to report this incident.
