I answered a call that was FROM my own personal cell phone number and came up with my ID. My cell phone was in my car charger so my number and my name came up on my screen. Caller asked me to touch 1 and talk to a technician because my Microsoft account was being accessed by several foreign countries. I just hung up. Never got a call from my own cell number!
