This was a download file that is attaching itself to other downloaded files through your devices and then the Microsoft Windows Firewall Alert takes up your full screen with phone number to call and it states that the access to PC is disabled for security reasons! So you can't do anything but call because your PC is frozen. Once you call there number listed a foreign operator then walks you through what to do they state they a Microsoft and give you a ID # to make it believable then that's all it takes then that operator tells you that hackers from Foreign countries have gotten all of your information and that they need you to look on your email account to see if there is any suspicious activity, now they have just gotten all of your info with password because they are able to see you logging in then from there they convince you to check into your bank account to then see you access that as well. Even though you tell them nothing suspicious is on your email or bank the operator then says I have been doing test to see where this activity is taking place I see there are 7 or more targeting your devices and these hackers are good they listening to all your devices they can destroy your life. I need you to be on a secure line with a bank representative can you give me you number off the back of your debit card to have him contact on secure line then a representative comes on they state there ID # and bank branch name and get you to believe that the hackers have a pending charge on your bank account from international and that you need to do a duplicate wire transfer so that you can have the hackers caught by doing this and that you don't involve anyone else from your financial institute because there is someone that is connected within the network of employees that is authorizing this pending charge to go through and they need to catch them to prosecute and help keep all the other customers safe from this happen again. The leverage the operators have on there victims is fear and that they keep you on the phone and have you keep checking your device with them until you go and do the wire that they convince you that you will receive back that it is that they only need this for the capture of the in house financial employee to be caught along with the hackers involved!!
