They say they no longer provide computer support and want to refund $300; turn on your computer; when I told them NO, they hung up and subsequently it says their voice mail box is full.

Told me I was being reimbursed for faulty programs installed for malware, viruses,spyware and riskwate removal ,Network cleaning and life time support. Should of known it was a scam when asked to pay with gift cards and domestic wire to go to my bank. Soooooo stupid but they had control oh my computer and I kept telling them it seems not right but I wanted to be reimbursed for those programs I paid thousands of dollars for. If it’s too good it’s a scam

I received a call from Microsoft stating I would be charged $291 for a subscription licence which I know nothing about. I called the number and told the guy I didn't want to be charged. He told me I would be refunded the amount if I got onto my computer and he would have to do some "updates" I told him my system was down and hung up the phone.
