The caller called and said he was with Microsoft and was calling about the computer they fixed. Microsoft never fixed my computer so I knew it was a scam. I asked for his phone number to call back he started saying bad things. I hung up the phone. I called back the number that appeared on caller ID. And the recorded message stated it was an add about DirecTV and I should remain on the line. The same man answered after a while of waiting on hold and that's when I hung up.
