I called Microsoft for tech support and I spoke to someone who remotely accessed my computer. She gave me a number to call back she said it was so no hackers could hear our conversation. She asked if I checked my charge cards and I told her I didn't have any because I was bankrupt, once I told her that she did not want to talk to me anymore. She hung up and when I called the number back it said the number was disconnected.
