Received a message that I must call Microsoft Access immediately to prevent access to my Facebook credit cards etc. information. Once I called the number they said they could check my computer for viruses and then person on phone hand typed what was wrong after doing diagnostic and cost to for 1 year protection $399 2 year protection etc. When I said I could not afford this he saId well you will just have to take computer in to have it looked at. He then erased what he had typed on my screen.
