Caller identifies them self as Microsoft IT... states my computer is sending viral emails... then requests I "share" my computer desktop with them, so they can show me the issue. They cannot verify who they are... They offer to provide a phone number, to call them back on... yet that is not a verification...

The phone number on my caller ID states "Unknown" and shows a 9 digit number, not 10 digits, so not a complete number.

The only PC on in my house, using MS, is a business PC with full virus protection (McAfee)... I've confirmed the latest update... and run a full scan.. no issues found.

They've called 4 times... each time we've asked them to not call back again...

This appears to be a SCAM of some kind...

I'm not sure what they want... but I'm not falling for this...
