A person called identifying himself as a Microsoft tech saying there was viruses on our computer. My wife answered not knowing Microsoft does not call you and did what the person told her to do on her computer. Well doing so he hijacked her computer and made it unusable. When I seen what was going on I got on the phone with the guy. He said the only way we could get the computer working was to pay him for a password. I hung up on him.

Today 2/23/17 the same person called again wanting me to get in front of my computer.Again he claimed to be from Microsoft ands wanted to refund us $50 that we paid to fix our computer. Only problem with this is......we didn't pay him $50 and I fix the problem myself. I told him this and humg up. He called another time after that today and I didn't answer. I tried calling the numbers he called from and got a message that they were non working numbers.
