my computer froze with a *** alert and loud voice saying do not shut off call number. Well yes I did and for $299 they are in your computer fixing it. but I call credit card and cancelled and shut my computer off during the fixing after trying to call number and it was always busy. I think this it a scam . I did use my antivirus to clean my computer and cancelled other cards. I don't know for sure but I think it was a scam.
