This company pretended to be Norton, saying my protection had ended. They offered me several packages on behalf of Norton. I gave them access to my pc, because they said I would need them to install the package. They then charged me 199.99 for two years of Norton antivirus. I then received an email from Norton saying they were sorry to see me go. I called Norton, who fixed everything, however, they say I was scammed into buying tech support company. My Norton didn't expire until December of this year. I changed passwords and reported it to my bank. My bank issued me a new debit card, and Norton said they would turn the complaint to there legal department

Presented themselves as McAfee and also as an authority to update Windows 10 by Microsoft.

A total scam . Charged me $199.99 for both updates for two years.

Microsoft does not charge for updates.

My McAfee was current.

A TOTAL SCAM AND RIPP OFF.
