I was on the internet, I receive a call saying they were a representative from Microsoft saying that my computer was comprise and that they could correct and repair the problem if gave them my email address. Through my email they took control of my computer and held it hostage until I gave them money. Now every time I log onto my computer they call some way they are monitoring my computer. 800-102-1100 do not answer !!!! now they call 3-4 times a day this has been going on for a year. I blocked the number but I can tell when they call.
