My Mom is elderly and at the time, living by herself. This machine is for when she falls, pushes a button on her bracelet, someone answers thru the machine to ask if she needs an ambulance. She fell a lot. My Mom has paid thru her checking acct automatically for years. Her machine hasn’t worked since 2014 and the company’s owner, Chris, has debuted her acct up til I cancelled the service! I spoke with Chris the first time and he promised to pay my Mom the $1400.00 by check the next week. Well, it never came and she has been in a nursing home since Jan of 2018!! I still get monthly bills and the phone number I have called just rings and rings. She is up to $808.65, owing the company!
