Immediately I tried Contacted customer service but they only had an online web form for contact method (no phone number and no email address), so I filled that out and waited for reply
On 12/1 Received 1 email from strange email addresses ([email protected]) about my order asking for me to try another form of payment
On 12/2 4:30am I received 2nd email from different strange email addresses ([email protected]) about my order asking if I could try Western Union for payment.
On 12/2 I updated my Account on this website to change my last name, email address and password.
Red Flag 1 - I've heard of scams asking the victim to use Western Union or other forms of payment
Red Flag 2 - getting 2 email response from their "customer support" where both email addresses were not directly from the Company themselves
Red Flag 3 - the owner of the Website was Thomas Trong. I email response name was Kamm Kody, and the other was Jimmy Joel. All 3 people have suspicious names (1st name and last start with same letter)
