A man who only gave his first name which was Caleb called me. He said he was a middleman between the person and the Life Insurance Companies. He said he got my phone number from the internet when I filled out a form for an interest in Life Insurance. He said he had to come to my house to make sure I wasn't in a hospital bed or the liketo discuss insurance options. He said he had 10 companies to choose from. He called me from the 616 number. I made an appointment for Tuesday, May 18 at 7:30 pm at my house. He said he had to drive 2 hours to get there and he had other appointments near me. I called back later and I asked him what he said the name of his business was and he gave me a

completely different name than the first time. All I remember is the first time he said a long name that had the state of Michigan in it but the second time it was a very simple 3 word name. I cancelled the appointment. I was shocked when he came to my house anyhow. He said it would only take 10 minutes. That he just needed my ID. When I refused he used guilt tactics on me. I told him he could leave me some materials if he wanted to and he said he didn't have any. He said the 517 phone number was his personal phone number. This man was probably in his late 30's. He was white, medium build, short dark blonde hair and he had glasses. He was dressed casually. He had a white car.
