I bought a Watch online from this company paid with PayPal. They sent me a fake UPS. Confirmation number was told that it was delivered to my home, which never was I tried contacting the company several times and no response. I contacted UPS. They told me that it was delivered to my home and that I had given permission to someone else to sign for me. Never heard of the person they named that apparently sign for my package. It’s a total scam and fraud.

This company is a total scam. I bought a tutor watch, and they told me it was delivered to my home needed a signature. They said I gave permission to someone else to sign for me, and that it was delivered to my house, which never was delivered buyers. Beware, don’t make the same mistake I did. I don’t understand how this company gets to keep their website online

I found a watch on michaelswatches.com I was interested in. I called the phone number on the website, nobody answered but shortly after I received a text from them. I asked for information on the watch, and after some text conversation decided to buy the watch. They charged my credit card, provided a fake UPS tracking number, and claimed to ship the watch. A week later, then tracking number showed the "16 lb" package was delivered, but I never received anything. I found a second phone number after google searching the company, and upon calling that number was notified the website was a fraudulent site unaffiliated with the actual jeweler. I reached back out to the original phone number I texted with, and never got a response.
