I purchased several items on order #1648 but immediately emailed business because no shipping was supposed to be charged according to promotion. However, I was charged shipping. I emailed them using email on website, and it bounced back as undeliverable. I tried to call using phone number on website and it is not in service. I then replied to the email confirmation that I received for my order but never received a response. I also saw another email address on their webite, but that also bounced back as undeliverable. the website says you must contact them within 24 hours for order issues/changes, but they are not reachable. As of today, I still have not gotten my order but they took money out of my account and I cannot contact them. When I click on the button in my email confirmation to view order, it says "shop is no longer available."
