I was emailed by a friend who said he got$200000 from a grant fund.he asked m if I had heard from thom and told me to get in contact with Michael troy so I texted him and he said I was on a list to revive the money. He asked for my information my address my mom's name and to take a picture of my driver's license which I did. Then he told me to go home.and wait for the FedEx delivery to come.then he told me to go on Facebook and hit yes. I had trouble getting on Facebook.then I got a phone call from someone who said I needed to pay a fee and I was to go by some gift cards.I've been scammed before. So text my friend and ask him to see if it was him. He told me that it's him. So I asked him to give me a phone call to make sure it was him. He kept making excuses for why he couldn't call me. So I called him and when he answered he said that it wasn't him. So I texted Michael troy back and told him it was a scam. And that what I'm reporting now.

I’m looking for a house to rent thru rentals websites(Trulia, Zillow and rent.com). And I have apply for a few properties. So then I receive a email saying I had applied for a property in a town where I’m looking for. After I answered a questionnaire, the “owner” send a email saying I was approved. And asking me to make a down payment to hold the property by Zelle, Bank transfer or Cashapp and he will send the key and the contract by Fedex.
