I found a puppy on his website and i sent him money for the puppy and shipping( $690.00) and when it was time to ship the puppy to he needed $1340.00 more money for insurance on the puppy. I said no, i was not informed of this fee prior and I wasnt paying it. He claims he will send me a refund VIA western union on the 29th. Yesterday I started getting texts from a stranger that got my information in a "tracking email" that she received when she was trying to purchase the same puppy. She wanted to know if I had her puppy. I explained to her that I am pretty sure its a scam because he tried to sell the puppy to her on the same day.
