According to this person he just purchased a home at :

He said he is at the hospital at this moment he can't come to the project and meet in person. He will like to do all transaction using his credit card. He will like to know if he can deposit 1,000 via Clover or first data merchant and at the same time pay the initial owner some kind of fees in cash so he can give me the key for me to get in so I can create an estimate and start the project.
I just spoke with to the realtor taking care of the sale his name is *** *** *** ***.
The realtor said that the house hasn't been sold yet and that still for sale. He doesn't know any person with the name of Michael Roger.
