I was sent Mr. Montgomery Facebook page, I had to send a friend request, once he accepted my friend request I had to inform him I was interested in a grant, he sends me a list of questions I need to answer (name, address, age, occupation, marital status et.....) once complete you have to send him a copy of your ID, then he messengers (all communication is done through Facebook Messenger) me to ask me what grant amount I want, minimum is $15,000 to $3,000,000. However you have to pay a fee depending on the amount you are requesting, since I had stated $15,000 I had to pay $300 upfront before I could get the grant, when I question what the fee was for, Mr. Montgomery told me it was for UPS Documentation Clearance and Delivery Fee. He did say this grant is from the federal government to which I said, if this was from the federal government why do I have to pay a fee for a grant he informed me that this is a Federal Government initiative supported by the UN which has operations all over the state.
