I looked up puppies for sale and came a crossed the website.I called and I was told to send to give my email,and he sent me a Questionnaire ,to see if I was right to purchase his puppy (Shiba-Inu) we filled it out and sent it back.He contact us back saying he enjoyed reading what we wrote. Now we went on to sending a contract he said look over and get back to him. I asked in this Time for him to send pictures and videos of parents and puppy. I reviewed the contract and contacted him back letting him know that I was interested in proceeding he gave me references that I couldn’t get in contact with I sent him $700 that included the puppy fee and transportation to deliver the puppy. The next day he was to contact me with the information on the puppy and shipping status . I received an email from this shipping company called www.royalpetlogistics.com.and they told me that I didn’t have insurance on the puppy and if I want my puppy I have to send them 1500 and I’ll receive my puppy within the day but the 1500 hundred is refundable and I will get that back once the deliver the puppy.I started this 5/9 and today is 5/12 and I still haven’t heard or received and puppy
