Timeshare ID#137204: Timeshare's Owner: Imperial Hawaii Vacation Club, Hawaii, United States Rent: US$1,500/week Buy: Not for Sale Availability: Almost Any Time Unit Size: 2 Bedroom/2 Bath (sleeps 8) Check-In Day: Any Day Available Season: Any Season Use Type: Vacation Rental (0 Points) Ownership Type: Deeded Timeshare Willing to exchange w/ other timeshare owners. Preferred Exchange Locations: Owner's Name: Michael Good Owner's Location: Florida, USA Owner's Feedback Rating: Not Rated (Rate This Owner) Initially he said it was available for the time we needed, agreed on the price, signed the contract. I tried to send the money through Paypal but he wanted it done as a bank transfer and provided us with all the banking information. I went ahead and did the bank transfer for $1500.00. He would not provided me the confirmation number until I gave him another $*** for a damage deposit. I said NO, not until I get a confirmation number. I told him it was not discussed and noted on the short term rental agreement and I would not give him anymore money. He then tried to get me to purchase a Walmart card for $200.00 and he would pay the difference for the damage deposit. I told him NO. he never would give me a confirmation number for our rental and I even sent back a request to cancel my agreement. We were very upset and I try to contact this Michael Good person by phone (872) 256-3820 and emailed ([email protected]) but he would not respond. Unfortunately I got SCAMMED. He has an accomplice by the name of Donna Wadell who's name and address was used on the contract and money to be sent to. He's still out there committing fraud and we are filing a police report with the hope to stop them. Please be on the look out for these people, we were careful but still became their victims.
