Scammer said he needed someone to care for his home in Prescott Valley. Renters he can count on. He claimed to be working overseas, offshore. Proceeded to accept consumer's application, approved the application and asked for at least a pet deposit. Consumer paid him $750.00, through Zelle, using her personal bank account.
