On October 5th I purchased a 26' lace frontal body wave unit from someone on Instagram who goes by the name of @Micahthehairgod. Turns out he also previously went by the name @Iammicahdmac when his scam started to catch up with him. Well i should have know something was off about this person because when i messaged him he replied right away asking if i was ready to purchase today? I said yes, then he asked me to send the payment through google wallet. Credit cards are not allowed on google wallet and then he asked me to send it western union. I said no because i felt that was unsafe and i needed some type of protection if something happened so i offered to do it through paypal. He said okay but use the friends and family feature. I stupidly did and found out the that option strips you of buyers protection. I have been going back and forth with him about when he was going to send tracking information. Communication was scarce after the 7th day until I asked for a refund. He said he would as soon as he found the receipt which made no sense because I made the purchase online so all he had to do was look at his emails. I was prompted to do more research on this person because i figured i had been scammed and sure enough, this criminal has been doing this since 2014! I started a group chat with other possible victims and they assured me they have been going through the same thing. He will not return messages or my $300 i paid for the unit! his real name is Micah Dickey and he needs to be stopped! I warn others to not use the family and friends feature and never send money to someone you don't know. Do your research before buying something.
