I saw an ad on Instagram from https://www.mianoco.com/ for clothing. I submitted an order and paid via Paypal on 11/23/23. I received a confirmation via email of my order and payment. On 12/1/23 I checked the status and my order was still "awaiting shipment". I sent and email to [email protected] requesting to cancel my order and for a refund, given the item still hadn't been shipped. I received a response on 12/1/23 stating the following: Orders canceled now will be charged a 15% cancellation fee as you have exceeded our free cancellation period. I replied back that same day that I would still like to move forward with the refund. As of 12/6/23, I hadn't received a reply and send another email confirming the status. I received the following reply: Please consider keeping your order.We have checked the order for you, the package has been created and we will send it to the service provider shortly. On 12/7/23, I replied that I would like to move forward with my refund. On 12/8/23 I receive an email that my order had been shipped, i.e., my request was ignored. The tracking information is in Chinese characters, i.e., it appears the shipping is out of China. On 12/20/23 the order was delivered to my home, the package was delivered to my home and was not as advertised at all, e.g., I ordered a khaki sweatshirt, and received a peach colored shirt with the image bleeding. The return address is listed as follows: Haibo, 11671 Dayton Dr, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. It appears the package originated in China and then was moved through this facility in CA. On 12/30/23 I sent a complaint to [email protected] (this is the email in which I have been corresponding to the vendor), stating that I am disappointed that my requests for a refund where explicitly ignored and I was shipped the items despite my requests. I also shared the items were not as advertised. On 1/2/23, I received the following reply: Dear customer, Thank you for your picture and specific return reason. We have submitted your return application to relevant departments for further review and inspection. Since the application review process is relatively long and cumbersome, please be patient. In order to save your time, please contact with us after 5-7 days. Wish you have a nice day. This company appears to be fraudulent, as they are not honoring requests for cancellations and refunds, sending items that are not as advertised, and making it challenging for customers to get a refund for any items. I have an email trail outlining all of the aforementioned correspondence. I would like to report this company, as I am still seeing them on Instagram, as well as seeing their same products under a different company name on social media.
