I bought an ice maker online but never received it. The only way to contact the company was through email. After sending the email I received an automated response stating that a ticket had been started but after 2 weeks I still had not heard anything so I sent a follow up email and can not get anyone to respond. Still not received product or refund and it has been almost 2 months.
