I ordered what looked like three nice flannel shirt jackets with sherpa lining. When the shirts arrived they were not at all what I ordered, and were of very poor quality. They did not look anything like what I ordered, completely different colors and patterns, and very cheap material. It took a long time for the products to arrive as well, as I later found out that they were shipped from China. There was nothing indicating that these were products from China when I ordered them, and the name doesn't even seem Chinese. When I wrote to the "customer service" email given in my original confirmation email, requesting a refund and directions to return the products, the response was that the products were from China and that it was going to cost a lot of money to return them. They went on to say that I should keep the products (no mention of a refund), and that they would give me a 30% discount off a future purchase for my troubles. Basically, no resolution to this scam whatsoever, but a definite insult given to my intelligence.
