My Mac had an ad pop up from a typo to gmail.com (gmil.com) with a siren going off and my computer was locked. There was a black screen and the pop up that had this number and they said they were Apple support. They had me agree to a terms and agreement and they remote accessed my computer. They "fixed" the problem but took my credit card info and charged me $150 dollars. This is a scam, i called Apple and they said that they don't do business with outside contractors. I've filed a claim with my bank for the charges and am still waiting to get my money back.
