MI-Hitech reached out to me regarding an application (I do no recall filling out) for a project manager position. I'm at a time right now where I am applying for jobs and did not keep track of this inquiry. I admit it was was mistake for not following up with this "application" I submitted, and proceeded to learn more about this company. They explained there was a month training program, which included case models and overall training for the project manager position. They claim to have locations in Italy, Japan, New Jersey, and said they would be opening a Philadelphia location. After my first week of "training" they said asked me to help with equipment procurement for the new office. I agreed, and asked them to send me all details of the process. Part of the process required me providing my person credit card information where they would "temporarily" transfer corporate funds so I could purchase office equipment. I immediately became skeptical, as a company that has multiple locations is asking someone, who is still undergoing training, to comingle corporate funds with my personal funds for office equipment. I am still waiting for them to call me, and the "manager", William Foshee, has not gotten back to me to explain this process more in depth. Please stay away from MI-Hitech, as they cannot be found on the FTC, linked in, glassdoor, indeed or even a basic google search. They only have one website, which does not provide enough clarification of their existence.
