They have ads on TikTok and other websites and have their own website. It’s a product that looks like an old photo cartridge from old cameras that allows you to undo the reel and see the photos you uploaded. It all looks so legit, but since I ordered it, all I got was an order number and an email saying it’ll take 5-7 business days to ship. It’s been about 16 days and I haven’t heard a word from them. I’ve tried emailing and calling them several times. Still no response
