Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Jamie Martiezies is a Scammer and a Black Mailer

Jamie hired me to build his website and made a payment through payoneer. it says the money will be in your account by next 8 days so i started working. on the payment date payoneer informed me that the money was not cleared by the senders bank thats where i discussed with Jamie and he threat me that if i dont gave him the website he will ask his friends and family to report my business. I was unaware till today so i am pasting the payment email and clarifying how these [censored] try to play God. Screen Shot attached.

Got an email, saying they would make soft ware for us. Asked for references, have not heard from them. Did not loose money.
