I ordered three phone cases for a special occasion almost more than eight months ago and I kept checking my emails kept checking kept checking and emailing them never received my phone cases none of them they keep sending me an email saying that I’ve received them which I know I have it and that due to Covid their business is slow but it’s been way more than eight months these are the pictures of my orders that I actually ordered me paying my prices in the emails they were sending me I kept sending them emails over and over again asking for a refund or if I could talk to someone a phone number or when will I get my cases but they kept sending the same stupid email

I had gotten my order January 11,2021 and it has been a month since then. I searched the email just to find this and I’m highly mad with the fact I was scammed

Ordered custom phone cases on April 28, 2020. In June, started emailing weekly for updates, only to be told Covid has slowed down production but my order will be next in line. Same cut and paste email every time, with no personal follow up. Luckily I'm only out $20.

January 2021, still no product but their website is still taking orders and there's no notification stating production and shipping delayed to covid but still promising 2 week delivery.

I ordered in april 2020, they took $20 out of my account immediately, they never answered my emails, nothing! I never recieved my cases and i probably never will, but something about this company has to be DONE!

I ordered from the website back in April, the 3 cases for $20 sale. They took the money immediately. They sent my confirmation number and even replied to my emails the first couple of months. Then just stopped sending me emails. I never received the shipping email. I look it up online and it says permanently closed? Now all my emails from them are gone?

I ordered phone cases from them. They are monogrammed and seemed like a good deal. It has now been 2 months and the only email I received was the because Of COVID 19 they were running behind. I have emailed them several times and get no response. I recently read the reviews and should have done my homework before ordering then because they have bad reviews of them taking forever to receive, so this was something prior to the COVID 19. These reviews were from 4 years ago and recent and they still haven’t even tried to do better

I noticed their ads on Snapchat chat and figure the were legit so on April 27th , 2020 I ordered the 3 cases for $20 and once my order was confirmed I received an email stating that my order was being processed a month goes by and I still haven’t heard from them everytime I email them they tell me my order is still in production . It has been almost 3 months now and still no tracking number and still telling me it’s in production. These people are a SCAM ! I will never order from them again ! $20ight not seem much to anybody but to me it is and I want my money back . They told me I couldn’t get a refund because my cases are custom made with my initials on it ...

On March 28, 2020, I placed an order for a phone case with rushed shipping. I received a confirmation email stating that they had received my order. I emailed a week or so later to ask for an update. Several days later, i got a response saying they were having issues getting their supplies out of China. On April 16, i asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. Four days later I received a response saying my order was in production and could not be cancelled. To which I relied, that my request was 4 days prior and I could hardly believe that it was in production when i requested that it be cancelled. Now it is April 23, and they are still telling me that it is “in production” but that they are still waiting on supplies.

Ordered phone cases from the website before with no issues, but this last time I ordered was back in September and I still have not received my cases nor have I received any replies to any of my emails. I’ve looked into their Instagram page also. They have completely stopped posting anything and I have found many other people who have ran into the same issue.

I ordered cases from this company June 24, 2018. It is now 3 months later and no phone cases. Every time I email the support service they tell me your order is in production it can take up to 3-4 weeks. It has been way over a month though and now I’m out $42.

I had bought phone cases from this website almost 2 months ago. I have no emailed them several times and they keep telling me to keep my eyes open for my package. When I go to track it it says it’s still ok production.

Phone case was ordered over 2 months ago and we have yet to receive it. Several emails have been sent and it's always the same answer. Their website has no phone number listed. Next stop is to file a complaint on the ScamPulse.com site then dispute the transaction with my bank.

I ordered from their website because I saw several advertisements for personalized phone cases. They were buy one case, get up to five additional cases for free. I selected my cases, reviewed my shopping cart, and paid to submit my order. When my receipt was emailed to me, it described the cases as skins. And sure enough when they arrived, it was simply stickers in my regular mailing envelope. I contacted the company via email and was told it was my mistake and no refund or exchange could be given. Instead I could purchase a clear case from them to cover the $2 worth of sticker material they had mailed to me. I clearly ordered cases. Every picture, description, and review in my shopping cart before paying clearly said case, not skin. It was not my mistake, but them being sneaky. I am a public school teacher and can not rationalize spending $35 on 6 stickers. 6 cases was a stretch, but stickers is no realistic.

I placed an order for this company on July 10, 2018. I purchased a $100 Gift Card & Screen Guard for Samsung Galaxy S7 and a Cat Monogram Case for my Samsung Galaxy S7. I still, two months later, have not received my item or a refund. Everytime I email the company with questions on where my item is I get bogus excuses by email telling me they ran out of products or it's going to be shipped soon or my account has been given to their manager. I have asked for the company to contact me by phone and to refund my money and compensate me for my time. BUT NOTHING! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

This company seems legit from the start with all their cool cases and amazing deals! But it’s a lie! I did there buy six cases for the price of one and my order was the “winning” order of the day and came with a tee purse and one hundred dollar gift card. This order was placed on a August twentyfirst I received one email saying my order was in production and it would take two to three days to be sent out. After a week I emailed asking for an update regarding my order status and it’s now Wednesday September fifth and still have not heard from the company via their support email. After going online and reading all the reviews and BBB complaints this company should not be in business as they provide false advertising and fake promotions to make sales.

This company uses false advertising as a way to make sales. They promise amazing promotions with free items with purchase and then send nothing and refuse to email back after asking for an update regarding the order.

I ordered my phone case on 07-17. I was told 3-4 weeks for delivery. I have emailed them several times (there is absolute no way to contact the company by phone!) asking about the status of my order, and I get no updates. I am very concerned they have just taken my money.

This is crazy and something is going to have to be done. I ordered my daughter and her friend best friends cases on July 6, 2018 and the next day they sent me a deal if I ordered another case I would get 2 more free, but as soon as I hit that pay button I got a very sick feeling in my stomach, so I immediately contacted them and told them I wanted a refund. I knew there was no way they had started on my case yet. The reply I got back was after you place a order they don’t refund because the cases are monogrammed. He messaged me to check the FAQ’s. I told him there was no way he could’ve even started my case because I canceled it right after I ordered it. Then about a week and a half later I got an email from them wanting me to rate the company. I sent them a message right back stating I really don’t think you want me to rate your company at this point and time. The first reason being I still hadn’t received my daughter and her best friend cases and the second reason is because I asked for a refund on mine and they told me I couldn’t get one according to the FAQ’s statement.

All I can say is I’m so glad I paid with PayPal, because they are going to refund me for all 5 cases. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy anything from this company. I’m even going to contact the ScamPulse.com and turn them in. I’m so sorry for all of you that didn’t get your money back, but I’m going to try to do something so this company will stop scamming everyone out of there money.

P.S. Whenever it ask for dollars lost the cases cost various amounts. Also whenever it asked how paid I paid with PayPal, but they also take Visa and MasterCard.

I have ordered cases off of their website and they have yet to answer me back by email about my cases. I have read plenty of reviews about them scamming others and no one ever receiving their cases AFTER purchasing them.
