When received, discovered not only was item worth half the cost, it did not even include a handle to facilitate use. This was not clearly implied in the ad.
I contacted customer support for refund instructions and received reply that item would have to be returned with me paying a high shipping fee (not specified) so it was not advised.
They wanted to give me $15 gift voucher to their store. I refused and asked if they would at least send me a handle. The reply was they would re-send me the original item, but I would have to pay an additional $10 for shipping. Outrageous! I got nowhere with customer support for solution.
