I paid $800 to Meyers recovery because they stated that I would be summoned to show up in court. I paid the $800 stupidly. Even though I could not remember doing business with this company. This was December 2021. Fast forward to May 2022. I get a call from another company United - in regards to Cash Net USA. I do remember this debt so I paid it. I called Meyers back because I wanted to figure out what I paid being that this one was calling on behalf of cash net. I called Meyers back and they refused to tell me anything other than Direct Loans LLC and it was taken out online between 2008-2012. I knew that was impossible because I did not do anything online during that time. Jasmine called me back after we got off the phone and told me they would be refunding my money based on how I called them and that I would need to deal with the company directly. However, when I asked for the name and phone number to call the company she could not give it to me. phone #s 8663449052 and 6032880098

Began receiving phone calls from 844-819-8318 back last summer. Claiming that I owed a debt from a loan company. I asked which loan company, they said it was under Direct Loans, but could be several others she stated. She stated that I had to pay $275, nothing less for around 6 months. She said that if I don't start making payments, I could go to jail, and be sued. I ended up making 3 payments. Stupidly. They harrassed me every week, and on several voicemails said if I don't call back they inform local law enforcement. I decided in november i was not going to make anymore payments, they continue to call and harrass me. The individuals I spoke to were Jasmine *******, Donna ****** and a Leslie. When I asked what company is this they refused to me and said they would send my case to "discovery of motions" since I am disputing it. I asked when the loans I supposedly took was from, she said possibly between 2008 - 2013, but refused to tell me anymore information. After researching onine, there is no meyers ******** but I when I googled the phone number there were many similar complaints that I just stated. I feel so stupid I fell for this scam. Please stop them
