I received a call from (501) 615-7454 claiming to be someone from the "Arkansas State Processing Unit." The lady, Sara, said she had received a fax from a law firm, Myer and Daniels Attorneys, with intentions of filing suit against me for wage garnishment or lien within 24 business hours. She stated until the case is filed, I have the right to contact the attorneys directly at their toll-free number (855) 293-1078 and give them your pending file number. She then said if I choose not to resolve my case with the attorneys in the next 24 business hours, "understand they will file the case against you, and once they do, I have to immediately dispatch the processor out to deliver your summons to you directly at your address."
