Try to order a knit sweater for an NFL team. I contacted them for a refund after waiting months for the initial product. Finally when I received the hoodie that I ordered it was a cheap thin nylon material no thicker than a T-shirt. I contacted them again asking for a refund in which they asked for pictures. Which I followed up with and now a month has passed and nothing has happened and the site is now no longer active
