Poor SIgnage in Austin

I parked near a restaurant in the Downtown Austin area with heavy construction. It was the parking garage attached to the complex, and very heavy construction was going on, obscuring the signs.
I parked there, ate, and left an hour later.
Months later, a letter demanding $100 bucks for parking comes in the mail.
I never heard of these guys nor saw any sign. You cannot charge for parking if signage is obscured.

On Friday, April 15, 2022, I was downtown Cleveland looking for parking and found the Premier Parking garage located at 1024 Bolivar. Upon entry a large sign with a QR code asks you to scan to pay for your parking. I scan the QR code and was prompted to make an account. I made an account at https://metropolis.io/. After making the account it showed the amount and time slot. After seeing the amount I closed out of the website and removed my vehicle from the property. I never authorized the purchase there was not an option to confirmed the purchase. On Sunday, April 17, 2022, I was charged $84 for services that I never used when I contacted metropolis also know as metropolis technologies owned by Alex Israel. I was contacted via text message. The message stated that they would not refund me my money. I responded that it was unauthorized and I was met with no response.
