The company sent a letter with pictures of my grandmother's license plate. They claim she parked in a private parking lot. They sent a letter with the pictures and no dates! (She did not. She can't drive due to a stroke). We paid the $25 awhile ago. She continues to get mail saying she STILL owes money and the price keeps going up! Still no dates of the parking. She is elderly and does not know what is going on. She wants to pay thinking it will go away!
