Received a call that said "Your account is overdue for $80, please make immediate payment for that amount to avoid disruption to your service". I have my account on auto-pay and checked my account online where I saw that my account was up-to-date and the last payment was for less than the auto-mated message stated.

Also, the phone number used was for the City of Tucson and is no longer in service.
