Was initially contacted via email from [email protected] via SurveyMonkey to do a "$350 customer evaluation". About a week or so after filling out the walmart evaluation, I received priority mail envelope from Mary Mouammar at 12344 Flat Shoals Road, Covington GA 30016 with a letter from Elsie P. Cooperman at MetrixLight Research Inc. along with an "evaluation check" in the amount of $1.925.00 and was asked to contact this person via email for detailed instructions. Then I received instructions to cash or deposit the check and visit 2 different walmart stores and buy 3 $250 gift cards while making note of certain things in the store (neatness, demeanor and attitude of cashier, efficiency, etc). Next I was to carefully scratch off the back of the cards and scan or take a picture of the front and back of the cards and send that back to Elsie Cooperman immediately after leaving the stores. About 4 days later the check was returned and my bank account was debited the full $1,925.00.
