Metogence scam

I have been trying to withdraw money from metogence. They changed website and came back to say I must register to new web. I did. I was supposed to deposit money that was 84 usdt, then 49 gas then 5% withdrawal fee. I could not afford then charge back fee that was 91usdt. Then another 84 to try with Ethereum network then go to trust wallet. Which needs me to purchase private key because my IP address does not allow me to withdraw according to them. I never paid the later (private key)but 84x2 plus 49 usdt″+91 usdt. But I couldn't withdraw

My friend deposited money to MetoGence that deals with cryptocurrency investment. He wants to withdraw some funds/interest earned and was told by the company to set up a bitcoin wallet to set up a transfer. The company only communicates through "chat texting" on their website. The company is also requesting an additional deposit of $10,000 to initiate the process. They said that if he didn't make the deposit in a timely manner then the process would need to start over and it would require a $20,000 deposit. My friend is Deaf and I'm trying to help him out. My friend was required to upload a photo of his Driver's License front an back.
