My caller ID said Methodist Hospital, but is was an automated call about lowering my VISA card interest rate. I did not select "1" to talk to a representative. I just hung up. I don't have a VISA card, and after contacting VISA I was advised that they do not call people about credit cards or interest rates. The number on the caller ID is in no way associated with the Methodist Hospital system in San Antonio.
