A year ago I was contacted by this company to help my real estate business stating they would handle my Facebook page in order to draw business. I paid them and they did nothing. A year later the company, without my authorization, charged my business account $299.99. I have tried to reach them but when I call I am instructed to go to their email and send a request. I sent 3 emails, 2 chat messages, and tried to call to no avail. I have filed a dispute with my bank but they tell me it could take 4 months to be resolved. They did call me about another year of service which I told them I did not want or need as I am no longer in the real estate market.
