I bought a wagon with umbrella attached off of Facebook on June 2nd. After several email back and forths and no product delivered, I asked for a refund and they have just skirted around the request. Including wanting to give me a 50 percent discount on buying one locally instead of giving me a full refund for something I never received. I can forward the emails if you want.
