Meta Business Group should no longer be allowed to be in business. The owner of this business, Z E, lies to his employees regarding the duties and responsibilities of the job alongside the pay standards. When I was originally hired, the information I was provided regarding how I would interact with business owners turned out to be false. After completing the training process, I followed the tactics that I was taught with the belief that I would be helping local business owners save on their energy bills. The longer I worked for this company the more I discovered that they teach scam tactics as their business practice. Meta Business Group and Z E con both their employees and their customers.

Near the end of my experience, we were offered to start selling a new product, a NYS solar reduction that consumers can receive on their electric bills. The president/owner, Z E, told us that we would be receiving a 6% commission on all accounts that we sold with opportunities for 7% and 7.5% commissions as well. A month passed and none of us had received any payments for the solar deals that we had completed. It was then discovered that the solar commission was being cut to 1.5% instead of the original 6% we were promised. Myself as well as multiple other employees are owed tens of thousands of dollars from Z E that he refuses to pay us. Meta Business Group does not act legally towards their customers or towards their employees.

Meta Business Group should not be allowed to be in business any further. The owner of this business, Z E, has lied to his employees and new starts regarding the duties and responsibilities of the job alongside the pay standards.
