I originally Google searched nugget ice makers and it came up to a specific ice maker I don't remember the exact ice maker it was a decent price so I hit purchase it sent me to a Costco wholesale site place the order put in my credit card information and all that received an email of confirmation of the purchase with a purchase date and an expected delivery date which was supposed to be March 4th of 2024 when the 5th of March came I had on that day sent my fourth email to the email that comes up when you go to track your order and give you an email to email for I guess questions or concerns or whatever never had a received a response so I continue to try to reach out I even called Costco customer service and they told me that the tracking number is not even any type of kind of tracking number they would use there's has letters in it so as frustrated as I was I hung up with Costco customer service and started to research the name that was given when the payment was taken from my account which was debowen garment out of Denver Colorado and there's no other way to contact this so-called shipment that I have not received and was charged for so I contacted my card holders to try to dispute the transaction to get my money back because I couldn't cancel order ask for a refund or anything like that from the business I was supposed to be purchasing this item from I'm still awaiting the results of the dispute of purchase
