I have ordered Cosmelan Product from this website which seemed quite legit and I must admit, at the end I blame myself, I should have done my research much better. I paid nearly $450 for the products. Thankfully, I have used it before and I know how it supposed to work/affect. The one they have sent me had not even close to the original one. So, I emailed both Cosmelan (product's original website) and Mesoproducts about the issue. I have been told that Mesoproducts was not the authorized seller, in the meantime, Mesoproducts told me some madeup story about "new formula being different." When I told them that I contacted the original company, they told me I already opened the boxes and it is against their policy. I told them I would have been happier IF their product was working and real one, I wouldn't have thought about returning the product and without opening a skin care product and actually using it there is no way telling if it is the counterfeit/ real one.

So, whilst I was trying to resolve my issue, my email returned because there is no email address such [email protected]

When I went to their website mesoproducts.com , it was down.

Today (10.11.2021) I saw an email from them asking me why I want my money back, I replied and guess what no such email address again. This company is a scam, selling who knows what type of products people are putting on their faces, and making easy money from others' hard earned money.
