I ordered two of Meshki’s Maia dresses in a size M and a size L and found that neither fit me properly. I emailed them to begin the refund process and was disheartened to hear back from them and find out that they only will give you partial store credit for a return…what sort of online store does that?!! When I initially placed my order, that was not clear at all on their website and I found that I had to go to their detailed Terms & Agreement page to find the fine print of their return policy.

I feel extremely misled and would never recommend a company who cannot offer customers a refund for items that do not fit properly. I’m now tempted to examine my products thoroughly and see if I can find faults in them to initiate a refund that way. I spent hard-earned money on items that simply don’t fit and I’m being punished for it. I believe this company is scamming people off the hope that they will not read the fine print of their horrible policy, which is unacceptable.
